SHAMANIC REIKI
While the core of the session is based on the Chakra system used in Reiki, I use a variety of healing techniques such as crystals, sound healing tools, voice and breath in order to cleanse, recharge, transmute and balance subtle energies in the body. When necessary, I facilitates the release of personal and ancestral trauma and outdated programming from the recipient’s energy field.
I work from my beautiful and very safe-feeling place in Bushwick, a block from the L train, with plenty of parking. All of the elements are present in the space and you are welcome to receive and connect fully to yourself and anyone and anything that is there to help. No lower vibrational energies may enter the space during the session. I fully seal the space, calling in protective spirits and guides and use sage and palo santo to clear the room as well as your field throughout the session*.
You are welcome to share whatever you need, with words or energetically. There is no judgment here. You are free to fully feel and drop whatever comes up. You can cry, you can laugh, you can observe the thoughts and images that may come up... All that I encourage you to do during the session -- is breathe. Our breath is our most direct connection to the Divine and to ourselves.
A Shamanic Reiki session takes two hours or more, depending on the additional modalities (see below). It includes a thorough and personal conversation and discussion of pertinent holistic components that may assist and guide one in their journey.
I explain key components of one’s astrological chart, mainly focusing on the North Node (one’s karmic path), the importance of a diet according to one’s potential symptoms, how to develop and maintain a daily personal practice, as well as other facets of spiritual growth, healing, and self care.
Integration follows the hands-on session and concludes our time together.

Energy currents exists much like a phone or wifi signal. By tuning into the right frequency with intention and consent, the energy is directed at the receiver while I, the practitioner, serve as the conduit. The cells of the physical body are intelligent and perceive this experience instantaneously, as does the energy field, of course. All you need is a phone and a quiet, safe place to recline.
